All purchases completed via Shopper are made between you the member and a merchant whom has advertised a product. Please refer to each merchants store for information that will detail that merchants return policy.
If you have contacted the merchant about a return and have had no reply please contact us so we can investigate on your behalf by contacting us via our contact us page and provide as much information as able.

About us footer
Shopper is a New Zealand Marketplace that lets businesses list product, add incentive rewards, which in turn lets New Zealanders find and buy.
Our member marketplace app will be available soon on Android and Apple. The app will allow users to send and receive money, earn rewards, and use those rewards to buy anything either online or instore. Rewards can be redeemed here on Shopper or redeemed for Free Fuel via our national fuel partner service stations later in the year.
Shopper will be launching on the 1st of June.
